Dancers taking part in Danzainfiera should register their personal data on our website. Registration is compulsory in order to purchase an entrance ticket to the fair and to the activities in the calendar.

The possibility of purchasing a dancer's ticket is linked to booking at least one activity on the chosen day or activating a DIF Code.
Cost of ticket: 10 euros, valid for one day.
Tickets are nominative.
TICKETS FOR ACCESSING THE EVENT CAN BE PURCHASED EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE.

If you have already registered, access your MyPitti reserved area by entering your email address and password.
From the homepage of your MyPitti reserved area you will be able to select the scheduled activities you wish to book, activate any DIF Code and then proceed to check out.
Your dancer’s entrance ticket to Danzainfiera will be automatically generated in your Cart.
In the case that a registered dancer only purchases an entrance ticket to the event, without selecting any activities in the calendar or entering a DIF Code, the cost of the ticket will be € 20 per day (the same as for the general public).
Payment methods accepted: Credit Cards or Prepaid Cards.
You will receive your ticket by email.
The QR code on the ticket will give you access to the event and all the activities booked.
CONDITIONS OF USE
The entrance ticket purchased is strictly personal and named, it cannot be transferred to another person, it cannot be duplicated or converted into a paper ticket; it is NON-REFUNDABLE. The ticket should be kept and displayed in the event of checks.

It is also possible to purchase a digital ticket for your colleagues in the “Buy Tickets” section of your MyPitti reserved area by selecting the name of the colleague, if already registered, or by clicking on “ADD USER”.

The ticket will be sent to you by email and can also be viewed in the MyPitti reserved area.

PARTICIPATION IN LESSONS
Each dancer can book the lessons in which they are interested from the Events Calendar page or on their MyPitti reserved area.
All the activities available, even for the same day, should be booked EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE. Bookings will not be accepted at the event registration point or the entrance to the hall.
Starting from the 29th of January at 10 am, the lessons will become available for online booking at the price of €10.00 per lesson.
It is not possible to book activities held at the same time; a minimum of 15 minutes is compulsory between booked activities.
Activity bookings cannot be modified and/or cancelled, nor refundable.
In the event that the dancer is unable to take part in the activity, the entrance ticket to the event and the activities booked cannot be refunded.
In the event of changes of teachers upon the request of the organising schools, no changes or refunds of previously booked lessons will be possible.
In the event of the cancelation of a scheduled activity by the organization, the cost of the activity booked can be refunded but not the entrance ticket to the event.

The Fortezza da Basso is a fair-conference district in the city center just 4 km from the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway Firenze Nord or Firenze Sud exits.
Access to the historic city center:
The Fortezza da Basso is not located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) but is in its immediate vicinity.
Limited Traffic Zone Hours: from 7.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) and from 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Saturday).

The main railway station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella, in the city center, 250 meters from the Fortezza da Basso. Pitti Immagine offers buyers a special discount, starting from 10%, on return routes to Florence.

Around 4 Km from the city center and easily reached by taxi in 20 minutes. The Aeroporto Vespucci – Unità T2 line connects the airport to the station in 20 minutes (Alamanni stop).

Around 60 km from Florence. Railway connection between Pisa airport and Florence: approximately one hour. -
AT – Autolinee Toscane urban and suburban lines
All the city’s public transport lines have a stop near the S.M. Novella railway station which is just 250 m from the Fortezza da Basso.
Florence is the terminus for the regional bus lines and numerous bus lines connect the city to the surrounding area.
