Brand Profile
Pacini Editore was founded in 1872 in Piazza dei Cavalieri in Pisa. Passed down through generations, its philosophy is to encourage the diffusion of culture and ideas, creating quality volumes, both from a scientific and graphic point of view. Its catalog explores all knowledge, focusing on university non-fiction. Through its publications Pacini Editore explores, among others, the paths of history, art, architecture, linguistics, philology, anthropology, the environment and urban regeneration, law and medicine. It doesn't forget to also look at narrative, valorising local voices. Among its authors it includes Franco Cardini, Athos Bigongiali, Cristina Acidini. Pacini Editore's idea is that reading is what allows man to enter the world of the unbelievable. Thanks to the imagination he becomes other than himself, flies, explores, through the lives, ideas and journeys of the authors.
