Neo Edizioni was founded in 2008, based in Castel di Sangro, in the heart of the Apennine ridge at the gateway to the Abruzzo and Molise National Park. A place of resistance (first and last: Samnites and Majella Brigade - not coincidentally, a journalist called us “the partisans of culture”) to show that even from a small and isolated center it is possible to make and spread culture in Italy and around the world.

Neo gives itself the skin spot as a brand, precisely, with all the derivations that can arise: epidermal stain, incubated cancer, symbol of fascination or ugliness, new, unexpected element, factor that alters and destabilizes. Our books, mostly fiction, are of this nature: whether dramatic or funny, they tell our contemporary life with a different view. And they seek readers who share this gaze with us.
